Welcome to Century, we are really excited to have you on board with us. Below are a list of instructions in order to get you setup on our payroll system. We encourage you to get these steps done as soon as possible in order for us to get the clearances required and to get you entered onto our payroll:

Step 1: Go to the below link and download the W9 form. Once you have filled this in, sign, scan and send it

to centuryregistrar@gmail.com .

Step 2::  PaWest has added a requirement to be on rosters.  All Staff must complete the SafeSport Certification and Upload their certificate onto their profile.  Here’s the login info you will need:

Step 4: Once this has been done please email our Board Treasurer at treasurer@centurysoccer.org  and Adam Hunter centuryregistrar@gmail.com   indicating that you have submitted the Safesport. Please include the below info for the Registrar to be able to generate your USYSA PASS

Step 4: Once the clearance comes back. You will also receive an Excel worksheet to submit your hours for pay to the club
